Agency of Protected Areas is actively preparing for the summer tourist season. As part of this effort, the administration of the Imereti Caves Protected Areas is carrying out the renewal of ecotourism infrastructure near Sataplia and Navenahevi Cave.

Within the project, repair and rehabilitation works are underway. In Navenahevi Cave, the walking trails will be renewed, as well as the building of the amphitheater intended for the eco-educational space and the open waiting area for visitors. At the same time, various rehabilitation works are being carried out in the Sataplia area.

These improvements will support the development of ecotourism and enhance the visitor experience when traveling through the Imereti Caves Protected Areas.
