APA Chairman visited Ukraine

On July 26th, 2013, the Georgian National Tourism Administration held a presentation in Kiev, Ukraine. The purpose of the presentation was to promote Georgia as a tourist destination among Ukrainian tour operators. Rati Japaridze, Chairman of the Agency of Protected Areas,was in attendance. Chairman Japaridze introduced the public to the eco touristic potential and existing infrastructure within Georgia’s Protected Areas and National Parks.

Chief of the Georgian National Tourism Agency, Giorgi Sigua, as well as Elena Shapovalova, Head of the Ukrainian Tourism Association and Mr. Mikhei lUkleba, the Georgian Ambassador to Ukraine, delivered speeches at the event.
