Agency of Proteceted Areas starts new project implementation at Lagodekhi Protected Areas

The project aims conferring second life to the existing wastes (chuck, log, mushroom, stones, cellulose bottles, wheels etc) and creation decorative compositions at Lagodekhi Protected Areas. In the frame of the project, jury of the Agency of Protected Areas and Academy of Arts will reveal three winners, their projects will be implemented at Lagodekhi Protected Areas.

Winners will be awarded with certificates and with other memorable gifts. The first place winner will be awarded with walking or riding tours at Lagodekhi Protected Areas. Awarding ceremony will be broadcasted via Television.

Winner projects implementation expenses will supported by the Agency of Protected Areas. As well as participants living fees and other expenses that will be occurred during project period will be supported by the Agency.

Competition Conditions

• Participation in the project is available for Academy of Arts students or group of students (maximum 4 person)
• In the project, should be utilized existing wastes and natural materials at Lagodekhi Protected Areas, the above should be eco-friendly and  low-budget
• Project implementation should not take more than 7 calendar days
• Project implementation should be ensured by its author
•  Deadline for project representation is – 30^th of May
• Project should be accompanied with author’s personality, (or authors’ group), its description (sketches), list of the materials for implementation, deadlines and estimate

1 April – 30 April: sketches preparation
1 May – 15 May – winner’s chosen process

May – June – project implementation

June: exhibition, award ceremony
