The winners of the grant competition held for the residents living near the Tana Managed Reserve have been announced.
The competition aimed to mobilize ideas focused on reducing environmental challenges.
A total of 21 villages participated in the competition, out of which 8 beneficiaries were selected. The total budget of the winning projects amounted to 29,080 GEL.
The funded projects will support the improvement of connecting roads between villages, the development of local infrastructure, better management and accessibility of water resources, as well as the development of services tailored to the needs of rural communities.
