Education / Qualification

• In 2007, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Akhaltsikhe Branch of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• In 2014, was awarded a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law at Samtskhe-Javakheti State Teaching University. 

Work Experience

• 2025 – Present – Deputy Chairman of the Protected Areas Agency (LEPL).

• Until August 2025 – Deputy State Representative in the municipalities of Adigeni, Aspindza, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki, Borjomi, and Ninotsminda.
• 2019 – 2025 – Head of the State Representative’s Administration.
• 2016 – 2019 – Deputy State Representative.
• 2014 – 2016 – Head of the State Representative’s Administration.
• 2012 – 2014 – Head of the Administrative Department of the State Representative’s Administration (covering Adigeni, Aspindza, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki, Borjomi, and Ninotsminda municipalities).
• 2012 – Assistant to the Governor (Gamgebeli) of Akhaltsikhe Municipality.
• 2009 – 2012 – Chief Specialist in Legal Affairs at Akhaltsikhe Municipality.
• 2004 – 2005 – Specialist in Relations with State Institutions at LLC Kilda.
