The project aimed to introduce a practical and exemplary model for river basin planning and management in Georgia, thereby supporting reforms in natural resource management sectors, including drinking water supply, ecosystem protection, energy supply, and agriculture.
As part of the programme, a practical and exemplary model for river basin planning and management was introduced in Georgia.
