Integration of Persons with Disabilities into Protected Areas
Project
The project aimed to implement activities to foster engagement between persons with disabilities and national parks. It also envisaged conducting training sessions to introduce participants to the art of handicraft making.
As part of the project, small-scale infrastructure was developed to improve accessibility for persons with disabilities, and an exhibition and sale of handicrafts created by persons with disabilities was held, among other activities.
