Strengthening Sustainable Development and the Protected Areas Management System
Project
The project aimed to prepare a management plan for Tbilisi National Park and introduce the principle of sustainable use of forest resources in protected areas in accordance with the new Forest Code.
Within the framework of the project, a management plan for Tbilisi National Park was prepared. In addition, employees of the Agency of Protected Areas received training on this subject to enhance their professional qualifications.
