Young Ambassadors of Kolkheti National Park
Project
The project aimed to select school students in the city of Poti and provide them with environmental lectures, eco-lessons, and field trips, as well as involve them in greening and clean-up campaigns and bird ringing activities.
Within the framework of the project, students attended environmental education lectures. Three eco-clubs were established by the students, and four television programmes on environmental topics were produced for local television. Students also learned how to develop environmental projects through training in project design and management. Three eco-projects were funded and implemented by the students in their respective schools.
